The reason I left the hotel after 1 day only is becauise the room was not confortable as expected. I was on business trip not on vacation.

A most excellent hotel for its star rating. However, late at night I could hear voices either from people talking loudly or maybe television. The staff didn't speak a lot of English but they were friendly and helped as much as they could. Some written material in English about the services provided by the hotel, would have been helpful. I would certainly stay there again and recommend it to others. Suzanne Green

In a 4 star hotel during the Olympics, you expect the employees to talk and understand English. However, their understanding of English was really poor. That is very enoying. They were absolutely willing to help, but they had no idea what I asked them. The girl in the lobby, who was supposed to advise and help organising touristic trips, did not speak English at all.
