putting needed soap etc in drawer made them inconvenient. cluttering bed table with sales items a waste of space. room was clean when arriving but not cleaned except bathroom after that. cups and glasses not washed and only tea no coffee available. staff were very helpful at front desk construction in lobby should have meant one elevator should have been closed.
