Although I showed my resrvation voucher, they told me there were no record for my reservation in a very offensive manner. I used to call Chinahotelsreservation and they talked to the hotel reception to ensure them about my booking. Finally they found the fax concerning my room booking. |

I am very happy with the service of this hotel and the price is very reasonable. I had to leave one day early because the person to meet me at the airport could not stay longer. But I am very happy with the service of the hotel and I will come back there a few weeks later.
