This is a solid 3 star hotel based on China standards. it is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion. "Big bed" in business sea view suite was too short and not standard king size length. it was also ROCK hard. Employees were great! Carpet, bathroom and furniture were old and 'tired'. Great view of the river, and excellent restaurant on 4th floor. Breakfast was good, but nothing like 4th floor restaurant.

Apart from the friendliness of the front reception, I find that it is far to the city area. Also, the only thing I hate is some of the taxi does not want to use the meter and every time have to bargain for the price. The breakfast is limited with no hot drinks included (coffee/tea). Although they provide free supper, but also is only restricted to porridge. The bed is a bit hard but is quite comfortable. The best about this hotel that I like is the free wifi..

Not sure what is meant by 'Amusements', but only used the restaurant for breakfast, and the internet facilities once for 15 minutes.

The staffs need to be more friendly. They need to put a smile on the face. The two chiefs who handles the cooking for breakfast buffet definately need to put a smile on their faces. We have never seen them smile during our staying there. They look like they were forced to work. They need to learn a lesson from one of the servers. She is very friendly and always smile. As a matter of fact, everybody need to learn a lesson from her. I found that the hotel paying method is extremly confusing.

Basically the staff there are friendly, approachable and helpful. This include the chambermaids. Nice embience. In particular, the dim sum there is good.
