Everything was fine once I changed my room to a larger room with a bigger window, and all for the same price! The staff was very understanding and helpful, and did everything they could to find what I needed, even an English-speaking person by phone! I give your hotel a 10---i will stay there again. The overall experience was good. They hotel staff (reception) are really good. I experienced language problem. The reception staff may have minimum English proficiency so that foreigners can talk to them freely. Good value for many.
