My impression in general is ok. But there are some problems about this hotel. Feels like exterior needs to be repaired a little, there are garbage somewhere. Employee could be more friendly, for ex. nobody helped us to take care about our luggage, when we checked in. But garden is beautiful!

Hotel was quite ok but our room was straight to street + a bar. So we couldn't sleep because music was terrible high on the bar on evening/at night and people were talking very loudly on hall etc.

We checked out several hotels before we chose the Treasure Island Hotel. We all like the free warm spring pool in the hotel. It was really an unforgettable experience.

Very pleasant indeed. The hotel Service provides comfortable accommodations for us, which made our trip more convenient. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive; the room rate was not too high either.
