This was our first time to stay at Home Inn, and we were very pleased. Everything we needed worked perfectly, and the staff was very kind and professional. I was especially grateful that you have non-smoking rooms. This made your room more comfortable for us than some of the most expensive hotels in China.
The only places I did not mark you with a "10" were "amusements" (the internet was not working that day, but we did not need it) -- "5" and breakfasts ".1" -- because we did eat breakfast.
Suggestion: For your survey, add a box "N/A" for "Not applicable" -- that way you won't find low marks in a category where they are not deserved. |
