We really liked this hotel. It was quiet but conveniently located close to the town and was good value for money. The furnishings and decor were very nice and the view from the room and the gardens were also lovely. No breakfast was included in the room booking. If it had been provided, it would have enhanced our visit and appreciation. We also noted that there was a sign in the foyer advertising a performance in the evening which actually did not take place but the sign for it had not been removed, so that was a little misleading. Nevertheless, our general experience was very positive and we were pleased with the hotel.

I very much enjoyed my stay; the only problem I had is that I had to change my reservation online, and the hotel did not know about the change very well, and I almost did not get to stay there the second night. There was some problem of communication between you and the hotel. It all worked out fine though, and I did stay there both nights. The hotel is beautiful, the area is beautiful, and the hotel staff were all very courteous and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Wuzhishan.

A bit hard for us to assess the hotel properly having limited Chinese. Overall I think it was a good place to stay considering the staff are not used to Westerners. The service and attention to detail of China Hotels Reservation was first class. Many thanks.
