The only problems we had were that the air conditioner did not work in our room and thus we were extremely warm at night. We tried to explain to the staff but they were unable to communicate in English. The hotel should try to have at least one staff member that can communicate in English. Did not have Breakfast at the hotel so could not rate.

Very enjoyable and convenient place to stay. Only downside was that airconditioning was quite noisy.

The location of the hotel is great. It's walk able to everything. Overall we like this hotel.

We enjoyed the staying in the hotel. It was very well located and had a pleasant ambiance, decoration and space. In the rooms, the only details that were not good were the carpet floor that had dusty spots, the wall paper needing to be glued in several places and the glasses of the windows being dirty gave a view to Bell Tower a little bit unpleasant. There were not employees speaking enough english to comunicate well. Apart that, all were pleasant. We did not take breakfast, so the breakfast's evaluation must be deleted.

I put "01" on items I have no comment on...as I did not have any amusements or any breakfast when I was there. I got many mosquito bites in the room (over 10) on my legs during the first night I stayed there. I had to wear long pants to sleep in after that. I liked the hotel a great deal. However the bathtub surface is not very clean - the rubber mats affixed to the porcelain are discolored and appear dirty. I did not want to use the rubber mat provided as that did not look very clean. I know it is very easy for rubber mats to carry bacteria if not bleached properly and it did not appear white enough to have been bleached. The Tour Group (which I realize is not part of your hotel but is located in your hotel) did NOT provide services as promised. I suggest your hotel look into that and see if there are any other complaints. It reflects badly on your hotel. It was the first tour agency across from the elevators on the 2nd floor. I thought the room was cleaned very well every day - I like it that we got complimentary waters each day in our refrigerator - we received help with the internet and the television promptly. I think the hotel staff could use a little more training in English as they had a difficult time understanding my son and myself when we asked them for assistance. However, they were very polite and did what they could do to help us at all times. We like your hotel and will recommend it to others.

Buffet food was disappointing - a few snacks in the ground floor bar would be a welcome improvement. Reception and management staff very helpful.
