Thank you very much for the service and welcome extended to us during our stay! We would particularly like to commend the efforts of Han Bo (William) as he always did everything he could to resolve our problems and answer our questions. Regarding the hotel itself, everything was just fine for our needs. A couple of minor issues were: * the carpets in the rooms were very stained and dirty with old stains (even though each day the rooms were thoroughly and professionally cleaned. * the swimming pool was under repair during the whole of our stay so completely out of use. * assistance at the front desk in English was non-existent - but luckily Han Bo was usually around to assist us when needed. * the breakfast was reported to be Western and Chinese but in reality it was much more Chinese than Western - would be good to have the following available: some cereal, more milk, some yoghurts, some bacon (to go with the delicious eggs which were plentiful), a toaster which makes the bread go brown (i.e. turn to toast). * the refigerator in our room was replaced but still barely worked. * the beds were extremely hard (many thanks to the hotel staff for putting another duvet under the top one to make it a little softer!). * the Western restaurant was closed throughout our stay. Overall, however, we enjoyed our stay and our experience was extremely satisfactory.

This is a very nice hotel and very willing to help. The only low ratings were because the Hotel bar was not open for most of my stay. Very Happy with the trip.
