My friend and I had such a wonderful stay at Guobin Gardens Hotel. We both filled out surveys at the hotel and gave them the highest marks possible. It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting and we both wished we were staying for a week. We will recommend it to friends who plan to take the Three Gorges Tour. We are both americans who speak very little Chinese and we found your staff very responsive to our language problem. The front desk people speak English very well and were able to understand us. All staff were very responsive to helping two old ladies with luggage and finding things.

Hi, The western food in the restaurant was really bad. When you don;t have a cook who can cook good western dishes, it;s better not to serve western food at all. Then it is better to only have the Chinese food to choose of. thanks kr Celine
