We are not satisfied with the service since the staff is inconsiderate, they are after the money only, very discourteous. Computer is not working on the 1st day. Lavatory had a problem once..

This is 2nd time i went to yiwu, and 1st time booking hotel through internet, i felt very disappointed regarding this hotel included hotel's staff provide customer service with unfriendly & unhelpful , facing main road very noisy when morning start from 5am, we cant sleep well. the hotel facilities was old and not clean. gave us very bad image, we won't consider to stay for this hotel in future.

The shower was out of order, not toilet paper enough, breakfest unbelivable bad, very dirty space, nothing to drink, 8.30 no choice, mostly ated. Restaurant in the 3 floor very bad.

they give me a room without window, the bathroom was always flooded, the breafast are only chinas and outside hotel.
