Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel. A couple of areas for improvement: 1) there is no no smoking area in the lobby and restaurant 2) a request to have more than 100% deposit in a 5 star hotel. I understand it is a common practice in China. However this projects distrust. We were never asked to pay a deposit at any 5 star hotels in Shanghai or Beijing.

Hotel is good and in a good location to reach the scenic area. The main downside is that the temperature in the hotel was too low. Room was ok, but lobby and restaurants and bars didn't have almost any heating on. We had to stay in the lobby and in the restaurant with the jacket and the hat and the gloves on. Hotel is too big probably to have the resources to have it properly heat.
