The room was pleasant and quiet but it smelt a little of ciggarette smoke. The entertainments were disappointing as despite the very hot weather, the pool will not open until July, the nightclub nextdoor, although advertised in the hotel lobby is closed and looks ready for demolition and the 'sauna and massage' centre (also advertised in the lobby) doesn't offer any sauna or conventional massage, in fact, it is a place for prostitution, which unfortunatley, seems to be the norm in many hotels in China. There was no tourist information in the lobby, nor could any be gleaned from the staff and they could also not ring for a taxi as they said it always takes too long for one to come. The meal I had in the western restaurant was good and despite the shortcomings of the hotel, the staff were pleasant and polite.

very good hotel but I do not understand why I cannot pay with my Visa credit card,lucky i have some cash. Must have more information for foreigners who want to visit the city or what to do ? And this hotel need employees know to talk english ,but I like this hotel because of the kindness and professional qualities. I will come back again .

Air con was loud Matresses too hard for European liking, but this seems to be Chinese standard A bit too far from city centre Did not have breakfast in the hotel Did not try any of the amusements, pool, hotel restaurants etc.

Nice quiet hotel with spacious rooms, due to the location not much people there. The location is a bit far from the city center and takes a 10 to 15 minutes taxi ride. English skills of staff are very limited, breakfast only chinese style. The mattresses have been a bit too hard.
