China Eastern Starts Non-stop Shanghai-NY Flights

Starting Friday, China Eastern Airlines will start non-stop flight service between Shanghai and New York City in the United States.
The flights are available every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The plane departs at 6:30pm from Shanghai Pudong International Airport and arrives in New York at 7:45 pm the same day local time.
It returns from New York at 1am local time and arrives in Shanghai at 5:20 am the next day.
This is the third non-stop air route from Shanghai to North America that China Eastern Airlines will operate. The other two fly to Los Angeles and Vancouver. It is also the second non-stop air route from China to New York. The other route departs from Beijing. |
