Dongfeng Motor to issue more shares

Dongfeng Motor Group Co. Ltd. (HK: 0489) said it has exercised in full its overallotment option following a strong response to its initial public offering.
Dongfeng Motor said it will issue 372.48 million more shares, or about 15 percent of the total shares originally issued at the offer price of HK$1.6 (US$0.21) each, to cover overallocations under the international placing. The public's holding will rise to 33.1 percent from 30.0 percent after the allotment of the shares, it added.
