Great news for Shanghai's movie lovers with the city's first drive-in cinema due to open before Christmas.
Great news for Shanghai's movie lovers with the city's first drive-in cinema due to open before Christmas.
The cinema will be located in the Century Square parking lot in Pudong New Area.
Jinjiang Culture Company Limited, is betting on the rapidly growing number of cars in the city will draw people to the drive-in.
Imagine enjoying a movie with your friends or family in a car in the open air, where you can just cheer and have fun in your own space without worrying about bothering others.
The admission fee to the cinema will be 100 yuan (US$12) per car, no matter how many people are in the vehicle and how many movies they view.
