Google to set up office in Shanghai

Now Google Inc. (Google) is recruiting employees and looking for office in Shanghai. The company will probably set up an office in Shanghai next year.
On August 8, Kaifu Lee, vice president of Google Inc. and president of Google China, came to Shanghai with a technical team of Google China.
During his visit, Mr. Lee said the technological development team in China would be the largest in the company and the company's engineering research institution in Shanghai would adopt an open system to encourage innovation.
Besides, Mr. Lee revealed Google's future research projects, namely, super computer of the internet era, large-scale distributed web search, search engines developed through comprehensive understanding, user-friendly innovative products and department of GoogleCCC (community, communication and cooperation).
