Guangzhou-San Francisco air path planned to open

United Airlines, the second largest airlines of the world, is planning to build a new airline bridge linking South China GuangZhou city and American west bank San Francisco in March 2005, it is said the only US airlines to navigate a straight flight between the two cities. Source with the company releases recently. The airlines company sent an application to the American Department of Transportation for the non-stop flights on Aug. 31st. If it runs in a smooth way, the new air route from GuangZhou to San Francisco via Tokyo is to open in March 2005, and the air route is to turn into a non-stop flight in 2006, said Luo Shouyi, General Manager of the company in South Pacific Area of United Airlines of America. |
