Guiyang Tops 10 Best Summer Resorts in China

Guiyang, the capital of southwestern China's Guizhou province, has been crowned China's top summer resort in China by several non-governmental institutions including the China Institute of City Competitiveness, China Urban Institute and China Environmental Protection Fundation Green China Project.
Kunming, Chengde, Dalian, Hohhot, Liupanshui, Lanzhou, Taichung (Mt. Alishan), Taiyuan and Qingdao round out the top 10 list.
The results are based on a three-year survey covering 33 large and medium-sized Chinese cities and 150 domestic and foreign travel agencies as well as civil institutions, which considered tourist feedback, statistics and expertise. |
