Multi-functional Cozy Loos for Beijing

Fifty multi-functional toilets will be built this year in bustling areas of south Beijing. Do your thing - then do your shopping! Mini-markets and exclusive agencies will be open in the two-storey Loos.
Each two-storey loo will cover no less than 450 square meters.
A room will be available for mothers to feed their babies.
The loos will be easy to use for disabled people, the elderly, minors and mothers holding babies.
Adding to the convenience and comfort, a lobby, accommodating up to ten people, will be equipped with chairs, sofas, telephones and a TV.
How on earth will the managers get people to leave?!
