Twenty people died when a bus plunged into a river in Sichuan Province on Sunday.

Four people were still missing, Agency reported.

Of the 45 people on the bus, 21 are in hospital. One was seriously injured.

The bus was on its way from Chongqing Municipality to Jiuzhaigou, a famous tourist attraction in Sichuan, when it made a sharp turn and plunged into the Peijiang River.

The bus belonged to the Chongqing branch of the China Travel Service, Agency said.
