My wife and I were very, very happy with the room and all the facilities. The bathroom with its very modern bath and shower was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall we would rate our level of satisfaction as 8.5/10. We are now back in our home (ie. in our OWN hotel) in Shanghai after staying at several Hotels arranged by you and we thank you for your excellent service.
