Rooms Furnishings: 10 |  Good. But there is no person in concierge to receive by baggage for helping me to check in as I had to carry very heavy bag by myself from the car and all the way to receiption and until going to my room .
It is very ridiculous and such a star hotel does not have this service is very strange .
Moreover there is no Courtesy staff to provide me of welcome drink and also did not keep any fruit basket every day in my room.
Otherwise all okay.
Please advise them to improve.
