Basically Green Tree Inn I thought was exactly as expected. It's a budget hotel and so despite not (my) scoring high in terms of fcilities, amusement etc, for that money it is unlikely that your ever going to get much. Perhaps my only suggestion is that if a few more English channels were available it would be great, as only occasionally was there one. In essence I wouldn't expect more comfort or more facilities for the money paid. The location is easy and convenient and the size of the room is extremely good value for money. The internet connection was also very good and when prompted the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Hence, no complaints at all other than just sometimes the noise level from the street does get a bit to high (and lack of english tv channels can lead to a bit to much forced time in front of the computer!).

The hotel it's not bad, the price it's good you can choose suitable with your budget, they provide internet in the lobby so it's helpful for travelers to look some information, one of the employee can speak English. And there is a 24 hour mini market that i can buy anything i need and it's very near. i hope in the future the hotel can provide pick up from the airport and also can help us to find a taxi so they can help talk to the taxi driver where we planning to go. and for the tour i hope it's also written in English. And i wish there a foot massage in the lobby so after walking all day you can have a nice foot massage with a good price of course. The last day am asking for wake up call, but they don't give me a wake up call. And for the window i hope they can change with a good one, cause i can hear the noise from out side the street and while heavy rain the water come in site.

Thanks for the hospitality of the receptionist. Generally, we enjoyed our stay at GreenTree Inn Shenzhen Dongmen Hotel. The location is good, very convenient for the traveler. There are some improvement to the hotel as well. I suggest the hotel rooms should be distinguished by smoking and non-smoking rooms. And the hotel should strictly prohibit guests to smoke in the coffee house area.

Nice location, about 15 minutes walk from Dong Men Pedestrian Street, or 1-2 minute(s) walk to the nearest bus station (Dong Men Zhong Zhan). Taxi fare from the airport is around RMB 130 (toll fee included). With 7-Eleven besides the hotel, you'll always get the 'emergency' foods :). I should say that the room was quite small, plus the beds/mattresses were too hard for my dad's back, which means not comfortable enough to release our tiredness. There was also a problem with the water closet, but not a big one. The staffs were quite helpful, though. Not bad for the price we paid :).
