No English channel on TV. Bath towel was torn. Shampoo, body cream not provided.Carpet was torn and air conditioning was not at all effective. The room is not worth the price charged.

Had a comfortable stay and did not take breakfast as I am a vegetarian and in China no hotel offers veg food. Also reception should speak understandable English. Rest good stay.

The breakfast is not continental. while tables were loaded with chiness cousines, during our 5 day stay we didn't see cheese, cream, honey, black tea, coffee. It was much oriented for chiness travelleres. English proficency was poor at the reception desk.

Hi, I am also coming from the hotel industry and I cannot expect that everthing should be perfect while not even knowing your type and source of market. The breakfast could be more diverse with some continental & american also. The personel were very kind but could not communicate in english except very few. The security and access for outsider is very strick and this is very good. I am on business travel and I will always book this hotel because of its location. cheers

it's a good location, very near MRT (Hua Qiang LU) .and we can walk to shopping street at Hua Qiang Bei and restaurant .The staff very nice,they try to help us.next time we will come back

We all enjoyed the hotel as it was comfortable and modern. However, the air conditioning need to be serviced for rooms 1319, 1302 and 1303 as the level of coldness is not there. Front desk staff also need to know English language as we are not able to communicate at all what we wanted and there was a miscommunication regarding water in the rooms. We asked if the water is complementary and was 'told' it was but later we were charged! We also asked for directions but the staff could not tell us much as we again could not communicate well. The only one who tried to talk in English was a gentleman on the 13th floor who works at night and he was trying very hard to understand us and replied. Also, there was a mix up on morning breakfast too. Room 2009 was given breakfast voucher together with complementary water. The rest had none. All in all, we are happy but the people must be able to communicate with hotel guests if you want the hotel to move to the next level.
