English speaking porter at hotel was top notch! This was a good hotel for location, price ect my only complaint was they had maitenance outside my room with a very noisy drill starting at 8am. Parks outside hotel were great.

- on breakfast we missed some fruits - the rooms are dark! - there are no elevator so for mi Mama (76 age) was not always easy after some hours of trip - if you pay with credit cards they apply your "home" currencies and not RMB (against VISA International rules) - if you organise extras with the Hotel be aware that they have big margins on it, for example Opera, Taxis, ... - in the Night we had to get up and ask people outside (there are some tables) to be quiet at 3am in the morning (two nights) - the Staff is very kind and helpful :-)
