Five-star Millennium Beijing Hotel to open in 2008

MILLENNIUM & Copthorne (M&C) Hotels will build a five-star hotel in Beijing Fortune Plaza with Beijing Xiangjiang Xingli Real Estate Development Company.
The 28-storey, 520-room Millennium Beijing Hotel will be in a mixed-use development site in the heart of the city's new central business district.
The RMB780 million (US$99 million) project, M&C's second China, is scheduled to open in the first half of 2008, in time for the Beijing Olympics. M&C will hold 70 per cent of the joint venture by year-end. |
