The Netherlands has been wooing Chinese tourists in 2006 with its best-selling honeymoon travel packages.
In 2007, it will try to attract even more Chinese travelers by offering two new itineraries with special themes, namely "Big Cities, Small Towns" and "Romantic Flower Fields", the Xinhua News Agency reports from the China International Tourism Expo in Beijing.
"We will also add the 'Romantic Flower Fields' route to the honeymoon package to create the perfect escape for Chinese newlyweds," said Zhang Xiaopeng, marketing manager for The Netherlands Board of Tourism and Conventions, Beijing Office.
The "Big Cities, Small Towns" route will travel through the big cities of Amsterdam, Hague and Rotterdam, as well as some typically Dutch small towns. Tourists will receive insights into Holland's historic and cultural heritage, as well as the modern metropolises. |
