The reception is confused with my booking no,as I had cancelled 1 room due to overkeyed. She mentioned about the point system im this booking. Not sure what is mean? Do I have point for this booking? I paid for RMB 500 deposit (which I signed) she did not void the transaction. I hope is only RMB 330 being taken - as I signed at check out . Please check.

Two points are especially good. 1)The　Location ｆrom the Airport　is very good very convenient. 2)The price is very reasonable.The riservation price with internet,especially cheap. If we have chanse to go Chengdu,we want to reserve this Hotel. Thank you for you introduced this Hotel!

nice but there are room for inprovements. hotel need renovations. floors are not as clean. bathroom fixtures are old. other than that everything is ok. price is reasonable.

I was satisfied with the room's cleanliness. There was a mini bar stocked with drinks and the housekeeping staff cleaned our room in all the 3 days we stayed there. The hotel's location was superb. An international cineplex, Carrefour and Starbucks and bank like HSBC were just next door. Chengdu Garden City Hotel is indeed a home away from home for travellers with limited cash as it accepts credit cards unlike most local hotels in Chengdu

Breakfast is surprisingly good and that is a big plus. Location is Convenient although in a relatively expensive area. Certain aspects about the room I am most annoyed about, like for example, the bath towels are way beyond their usefulness,and the beds are very uncomfortable. Overall, for the price I paid for the room I am quite satisfied.

Reasonably good location. Staff very helpful and courteous but lacking in training. Good value for mony, would recommend and stay again.
