The hotel is located in a wonderful location, center of centrum and that was the main reason why I chose it. At reception either they don't speak English at all or very poor. They aren't eager to help, sometimes even angry at the situation that they have to answer us. Some people even behaved very rude. Breakfast is a magnificent lunch for Chinese people, for us, nothing at all to eat. Coffee as in most hotels is better not to ask for it and settle for tea. They do not have milk, real bread nor vegetables. The room was very oldish in its furniture but fine, the beds are very hard, you can feel the metal cords from it going through your body. I had to put another two blankets on top of the mattress so I could sleep the night through. Lets say We wouldn't recommend this hotel.
