Red Mountain hall is a small mountain located at northwest of lasha city, which is the capital city of tibet, in the minds of local people who believe in the Tibet Buddhism, it is just like the Putuo Mountain where Kwan yin dwells, Because in tibet languege it is called as potala meaning putuo, the worldly renowned potala palace was just built along the terrain of the mountain as far as the mountain peak.
