Rooms Furnishings: 8 |  It's my second or third stay in this hotel, this time the check in process was really slow, more problems in the Employees' English language. I was moved from my room 1206 to 1221 without any clarification about the reason except they said maintenance however i couldn't see anything wrong with the room and my colleague's room was in front of mine! Cleanliness was an issue, stains on the marble and different types of hair in the shower and on the washing sink! The guests in the room in front of 1221 were too loud, kept their door open! Their children playing in the corridor shouting and screaming! The internet connection was very bad. It was a very bad experience this time and i will consider a different hotel for my next trip to Guangzhou as i don't see it convenient anymore for me as a guest on a business trip. |
