Overall still quite satistifed but if the receptionist or the counter staff could be more friendly and warm towards tourist it will be great.

I'm satisfied with the hotel services and the location is absolutely good for shoppers. Will definitely be a good place and location for tourists be it for shopping or business trip.

Front desk employees need to be more cheerful, helpful and understand their job. Do not understand King size bed and Queen size bed. Not flexible when check a few minutes after 1pm. Toilets at ground floor very dirty.

Its a nice hotel... Its just that when I approach the person sitting in the Assistant Manager Table which I thought is an an information. She did not answer any instead she refer me to the front desk. Aside from that everything is good to me..I don't that to ride taxi because my target place is just a walking distance from Five Rams Hotel. I will deffenitely comback on March, 2012.

Items showing 0.1 above means "no comment" as we did not use such facilities. A security staff mistakenly opened our room door to allow another person to move into our room and given us a shock. Fortunately the housekeeping staff were very helpful and quick in arranging us to move to another room i.e room no. 322. One thing I am not too happy with the front desk is we were not offerred a room with a better view initially when we checked in though there were vacant rooms available at that time.
