Hotel is not in city center, but it is not the problem (taxi to city center cost within 15RMB, bus #16 to Elefant Hill, Rail way Station and Bus station costs 1.5RMB). Hotel is close to Seven Star Park, but not close to entrance of park. In winter rooms are not very warm. Personal is friendly, but speak english very little. In general - good 4* Hotel (great rooms, good views)

Enjoyed the stay. It took 30 mins to book in though as we had to keep using a translator on the phone. Girls at travel counter very helpful. Room very nice. NO western restaurant as mentioned on the internet - this was one of the major reasons I selected the hotel. So we could have a choice. Breakfast not what we are used to then but still nice.
