Overall, I would rate the hotel as 8.5. We did not get a chance to view the hotel waterfall. We would like to commend the honesty of the housekeeping staff of room 1205. We went out on 8 Mar leaving an envelope with RMB5000 on the bed. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the envelope was left untouched upon our return. It's great to know that such honesty prevails in the hotel.

Very good location, friendly personnel, my best recommendation. Can't say anything about the breakfast, we didn't have it, so the option "N/A" (in addition to 1-10 scale) would be helpful for making the proper scoring of that one.

Wonderful hotel. We will stay there again! Friendly and helpful personal, most of them english speaken. Hotel is located in the centre of Guilin and is very good for tourists! Our Child often used the amazing swimming pool.
