Yunliang Golden Spring Hotel, a 15-storey building with 4-storey, is located at the commercial center of the downtown. There are 138 guest rooms (266 beds) in the hotel, including many different kinds of rooms, such as standard room, business room, single room, triple room, deluxe suite. All the rooms are equipped with intellectual lock, IDD, DDD

Nobody speaks english and the personal laughs at you (but thats just chinese I guess). I had a foot massage at their Spa and when I got back to my room the same masseuse came to my room and offered me sex which was pretty disgusting. The room is quiet and spacious. The breakfest is horrible. The location could be better. Next time I will stay closer to Green lake.

Level of satisfaction : (a) We were charged extra for getting an internet connection to my laptop computer. I did not expect this. No other hotel in China did that. (b) We were not comfortable in the room. The heater was not working. It was lucky we were not staying overnight at your hotel. (c) There were no maps of the city Kunming in English available at your hotel, nor any literature or information about the city. That was an inconvenience as we wanted to see a bit of Kunming in the limited time we had. (d) Bathrooms were not clean including the shower curtains properly.I do not think they pay attention on these small matters On the positive side (e) We had a problem in getting the right plug socket to fit my laptop lead. Your staff helped us promptly in ensuring my laptop was connected. That was good of you. (f) Service at entrance and at the reception desk was very good and prompt.

Our room was clean but shower was a bit too cold and soundproofing was not so good. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful staff.

i like the location. They have not internet connection all the rooms and they charge extra for that. Here the rception was good and provide me internet free of charge. They behave very good and help me finding some shoping store and bank. I specially thanks the reception girls in the hotel at that time of my arriving.
