This was a fantastic hotel. The level of English spoken was impressive and the staff went out of their way to help you. In the evening they brought flowers, fresh fruit and snacks to your room. The breakfast was a combination of western and Chinese food and I was impressed with the large selection. The hotel is in the city center and it was within a ten minute walk to the main shopping areas. The air conditioner was not too strong and we found the room hot at times. This is the only complaint I have. I will definitely stay here again If I find myself in Kunming again.
