Olympiad Beijing 2008: the Chinese cities where for Olympic games

Shanghai will hold the football matches for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad at the Shanghai Stadium. Shanghai is not only the largest seaport city and economic center of China, but the most modern and fashionable international metropolis as well.

Hong Kong, described as a 'barren rock' over 150 years ago, has become a world-class financial, trading and business center and, indeed, a great world city. A hardworking, adaptable and well-educated workforce of about 3.58 million, coupled with entrepreneurial flair, is the bedrock of Hong Kong's productivity and creativity.

Shenyang, because the water is located in Shenyang (the Hunhe River Gucheng), named after the North, Northeast China is the largest central city, located in central Liaoning Province, Heilongjiang Province to Jilin Province and the throat of the jurisdiction of the flat topography, Plain terrain to the main, in multiple industries, is China's heavy industry base.

Qinhuangdao will hold the football matches for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad at the Qinhuangdao Olympic Center Stadium. Located at the eastern part of Hebei Province, Qinhuangdao is only 280km and 220km away from Beijing and Tianjin respectively.
