Rooms Furnishings: 10 | | The reception and checkout service was inadequate and slow,considering the hotel wasnt busy at that time.There was only one person working at reception and guests were neglected in order to answer phone calls.The room carpet was dirty and covered in cigarette burns. Construction work immediately outside the window was noisy.I wasnt offered breakfast vouchers.I have stayed in that hotel before and the bedroom and bed was larger than the one I was given this time. Unless obsolutely necessary I would NOT book that hotel again.The service and quality has deteriorated substantially,since my last stay. |

Rooms Furnishings: 10 | | Hotel employees take care me very good. I would like to recommend staying in Carton Shanghai. The price is not expensive and it's really worth your money. The only disadvantage is the location. It's not too far from train station by walk but taxi is more suitable choice (11RMB). |
