Extremely nice, clean and confortable hotel. All staff were very kind and catering, except for one or two in the lobby bar (could have been a bad night and I'll conisder the fact we all have bad days). Everything was either wonderful, better than expected or no less than satisfactory. However the final price is in my opinion a little extreme. As I have not stayed at that hotel before, is it possible the rate was high because a trade fair was happening and you take advantage of that? I know it happens in Frankfurt all the time (the rate more than double during trade shows). If this is the case, shame on you for taking advantage of your partons who have no choice of when to travel. If the rate I paid was the normal rate, then wow! It's expensive!!! Physical appearance of the hotel building was commendable. Guest services staffs were attentive, extremely friendly. Out of my expectation, they handle a perfect skill of communicating in English. A Very suitable place for foreign visitors.
