The staff does not speak english at all but it is okay for me because i can speak chinese a lil bit, but they were not professional, at first i was decline when i checked in, i give them the english booking receipt, but they did not want to see it at all, they were just keep saying, did you already make a call for reservation? if you did not so i can't give you a room. But at last other staff came and she said, maybe this is that one (i think it was refer to your confirmation to the hotel) and after they checked it, there was my name at their booking data. My problem is a lot of hotel staff in China do something like that, does not want to check it first but immediately says something not professional and sounds stupid and does not respect customer at all.
