On the other hand, we enjoyed our stay in Perthden Hotel. The room was good & Justin (one of the staffs) was really accommodating. Justin speaks very good English. The hotel was good & it is ver recommendable. It very near the louhu station & the shopping centers. Thank you for your support.

The room is nice and clean disappointed they have to choose which credit card we have to use to pay the bill and communication in reception in english bad!!

There is no refrigerator, no safety deposit box in the room. Excellent air conditioning, communication with the reception is difficult for absence of the English speakers. There is no car take you to the border port.

Actually,for the price,it is EXCELLENT. Reception staff very helpful,but in my opinion,a bit hesitant dealing with White guy (a little shy about their English skills maybe).However EXCELLENT EFFICIENCY. Room service Excellent. MY MOANS : NO REFRIGERATOR - I guess I should have read their promo more carefully. COURTESY ITEMS : 2 bottles of water - that's it.In the bathroom were packs with toothbrush, shampoo etc - FOR SALE.A pack with a razor - FOR SALE. LATER,we found courtesy items tucked away in a small cupboard in lounge. To western mind,a little bit tricky. On Menu,Desert (I love icecream)one small scoop icecream,all the rest huge variety of fruit,delicately arranged - Not a critisism,I just wish they had Ice cream on the Dessert menu (I'm an icecream addict) THE VERDICT - Great place for Price- Probably the best in that price range. I would Definatley stay again,In the WINTER,when I don't need a FRIDGE.

Very nice hotel. New and well kept. A little noisy from the traffic as it is close to the main road. Restaurant in hotel quite good. Close to LUOHU Shopping area, so very convenient. Likely to stay again in future.

The room was great except the bed. The matress was very hard and the pillows were bad. Not comfortable at all. The room was supposed to have a refridgerator or mini bar. We asked to be put in a room with a refridgerator but were told we couldnt get one. That was not good service. The staff at reception when we arrived were friendly but we had difficulties with communicating as they didnt speak English. Other staff on other days were better at english. At reception there needs to be an english speaking staff member all the time. Everything else was very good.
