1. poor location - no nearby shopping malls , no eateries , a 10 mins' taxi ride to town thereby causing extra expenses and inconvenience. 2. shabby room with foul stench. 3. room internet not functioning at all. Fyi , I stayed the last three nights in town at a hotel with good facilities and nearby amenities , and at cheaper rates.

We checked-in on 17/03 and checked-out on 19/03/2009. Altogether there were eight of us (family members as well as friends). Hotel may be a bit away from town, but we really enjoyed its quiet locality. Transport was not a problem at all. Services provided were courteous and excellent, particularly, the gentleman who helped me to get connected to the internet. Though we booked for 4 rooms, the unit given to was spacious. Thank you for a lovely weekend at your hotel. The room was clean and comfotable with lovely furnishings. The staff were excellent, particularly the restaurant staff. We ate lunch and dinner in your restaurant, the food was good and the waitresses were very efficient and friendly, recommending food for us to try, which we really enjoyed.
