Dear CHR, thanks for a very efficient booking service. I have put all scores to 8 as default as did not spend much time there to check everything. I have then scored for what we did experience. Overall, the hotel was excellent. The room was very clean and spacious. The service from the staff was excellent with good English and efficient check in and out and they arranged taxis immediately. It would have been nice if breakfast was included but we cannot complain given the very reasonable price of the room. We paid a very reasonable price to have the breakfast at ground floor but would have appreciated more western choice of bacon, beans and fruit. Overall tho, very pleased and will definitely use your service and stay at this hotel again.
