I gave a 7 for professional qualities of employees because they can't speak English. In a hotel of this kind the reception should be able to speak English.

It was lobby renovation period - so entrance was not very usefuul. Also breakfast was only package with product on temporary reception. Rooms are good. Hotel is near Xiananmen bus station (200m) and Huaxiba metro station (500m) - usefull for trips to Leshan, Emei, Quinchenshan etc.

I like Samara Hotel, Chengdu very much. I chose the suite room. It was very nice. Cleanliness, view and so on, I like it very much. The staff were friendly and kind. If I have a chance to visut there, I choose the Samara Hotel. Still, the weakpoint was breakfast. The breakfast was very poor and its room was small.
