Hi, Special thanks to all the staffs of Guangdong Victory. We had a very pleasant stay during my business trip with my family from 29th march to 1st April. We really have nothing to complain about. The receptionists tried their very best and managed to get what we wanted (connecting rooms) which were not available during checking-in. The Chamber maids made our rooms really Clean (we were on 8th floor). The Bell Hops are friendly and helpful. Sorry to those in uniform that I have not mentioned cos I don't know their position, they are great! I would say from the moment we arrived, smiling faces everywhere with greetings. ALL IN ALL IT WAS GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY. JUST THE LOCATION IS A BIT ISOLATED BUT AT THE SAME TIME NOT VERY FAR FROM THE PEDISTRIAN STREETS IN LIWAN PLAZA.

We have two young children, 5 and 6. While my husband was waiting for me downstairs by the reception couch, we were told to leave the lobby because our children were making noise... Later on, someone (not the staff who work there) told us that there is a play room on 3rd floor. We thought it would be nice that when we checked in the hotel, we were told what facilities that we could use. When we were told that our children need to leave the lobby, the staff should tell us there is a play room for children to play.
