I was very disappointed by this reservation. I arrive in a room with no window! A room with no window is not a room but a closet. So I couldn't stay in that room they gave me a very old room they didn't want to give me a regular room. The room was very small and smell mould. I have some friends who stay in the same hotel, one of them had a room with no window and another one has a room with a window that you couldn't open.
