Breakfast could use some more fruit in general. Hotel caters for guests very well during Canton fair especially the shuttle bus and the after fair snacks. Hotel needs to do better in accommodating guests who have to checkout by 12 but have later flights. They should have a special meeting room, especially for those that have stayed at the hotel for almost 2 weeks.We could have moved to any other hotel but we really supported your hotel! One of your bosses who seemed to only be there on Saturday 23 April was very rude regarding our checking our left luggage, which we needed to keep doing to check the weight. Hence the hotel needs to arrange a special waiting room for guests with later flights rather than us having to sit at the cafe arranging our luggage. The hotel also needs renovations and newer things as it's rates are very high. For example a hotel as good looking as Yuwa hotel is also the same price. Fortune Guangwu hotel must be popular because they advertise well globally hence always having many foreign and local guests. Otherwise, job well done. The room cleaners and the bell boys are excellent at their job. The receptionists and guest attendents need to be more focused and confident and perfect their foreign language skills. Regards

i like the hotel location and decoration. its just close to shopping area and mobile malls. friendly staff and helpfull manager change our buisness small room to bigger one free of charge because no minibar in it. the breakfast no much choices for us.

Great hotel, close to metro, recently renovated and despite lobby being a mess, the new rooms were excellent. I will stay there again in the future.
