The hotel badly needs some upgrading. We booked at what I thought was a very good price but ended up being charged almost twice that much because there was a conference on.
I had train tickets sent to the hotel and I was told they had not arrived,however they had arrived and I had to ring the supplier to clear it up. I would like to commend the young man on the counter who spoke English. He was very kind to us and very helpful. Definitely a highlight of our stay. |
